Hicham Kasraoui

Senior Consultant

Who are you?

We are living in a very special time where all accepted paradigms are gradually being deconstructed. This new deal forces us and our organizations (companies and public administrations) to constantly question our production and organization models and even our thinking patterns. I am passionate about this increasingly uncertain world which hardly allows laziness or boredom and my job as a consultant places me at the heart of these transformation issues to which innovation and digital technology bring a lot of inspiration. I am also a member of the executive committee of the Tasmane Foundation, a newly created entity with many ambitions for a sustainable and inclusive digital world.

Why are you here?

Imagining and realizing are two verbs that are often very far apart in today's business world. Customized consulting, as we do with our clients on a daily basis at Tasmane, allows me to imagine ambitious strategies while linking them to concrete, actionable implementation methods. This requirement to reconcile the desirable with the achievable gives me the ability to better understand the world we live in, including in my personal life. In short, Tasmane has become a true consulting school where you learn every day from passionate people how to solve complex problems and transform organizations in search of renewal.

What doesn't show up on your resume?

I am a great lover of travel, Man has created wonders in the four corners of the globe and entire civilizations that all deserve to be visited. I try not to miss any opportunity to discover a new country or a new region of the world. I am also a faithful friend of the letter. I like to write texts to give shape to ideas that come to my mind. Writing is a way to discuss with oneself, to argue and counter argue and the exercise can help to forge one's convictions on different subjects. Little secret : I'm working (for a while) on a book project...
