Isabelle Bedeau-Nirol

What is your professional background?

I graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lille as an engineer and started my career as an enterprise architect for a major insurance company.

Looking for new challenges, I joined this human-sized firm, which allowed me to progress rapidly. Today, as a manager, I had the opportunity to work on strategy and IS architecture missions in different sectors (social protection, transport, services).

What do you like about Tasmane?

At Tasmane, the management team knows how to put me in a position of constant progress and supports my growth in skills: every day I continue to learn without being locked into a comfort zone. I am given diverse and demanding assignments that correspond to my professional expectations while developing my potential.

But above all, joining Tasmane means being part of a crew where listening, caring and mutual support are the key words, forming a rich and particularly stimulating company life.

What doesn't show up on your resume?

Two things are overflowing in me: my library, which is very eclectic, and my joie de vivre, which drives my enthusiasm at work and at home.
