My specialty is to reconcile the questioning of the company's strategy - at the heart of its ecosystem and in a world in perpetual transformation accelerated by digital technology - with the identification and use of operational levers of transformation: collective construction of the vision, enterprise architecture, methods and organization of the "Build-to-Run", IT infrastructures, governance... I like to have one foot in the high-level decisions, and keep the other in the technique.

The pleasure I have to walk with my family or friends, in the Vosges and in other mountains of Europe and the world, whether on foot, by bike or on cross-country skis... and the pleasure to taste afterwards good local dishes while discovering good beers and good wines: simple things in fact!
