Who are you?
As a partner of Tasmane (formerly a partner of Fontaine Consultants since its inception in 2001), and currently a member of the Tasmane management team, I am passionate about the subject (the economic and social world represented by companies, the public sphere...), the means used (human and technological), the mode of intervention (consulting, which allows us to be an agent in the construction of visions and concrete transformations), and the development of the Tasmane team.), by the means used (human and technological), by the mode of intervention (consulting, which allows us to be an agent in the construction of visions and in concrete transformations), and by the development of the Tasmane team, our "base camp" which is always growing...
Why are you here?
My specialty is to reconcile the questioning of the company's strategy - at the heart of its ecosystem and in a world in perpetual transformation accelerated by digital technology - with the identification and use of operational levers of transformation: collective construction of the vision, enterprise architecture, methods and organization of the "Build-to-Run", IT infrastructures, governance... I like to have one foot in the high-level decisions, and keep the other in the technique.
What doesn't show up on your resume?
The pleasure I have to walk with my family or friends, in the Vosges and in other mountains of Europe and the world, whether on foot, by bike or on cross-country skis... and the pleasure to taste afterwards good local dishes while discovering good beers and good wines: simple things in fact!
