With 28.5 billion in contributions, AG2R LA MONDIALE is now the leading social protection group in France. The marriage with RÉUNICA and VIASANTÉ strengthens its parity and mutualist governance and makes the new group a complete one, with leading positions in Agirc-Arrco supplementary pensions as well as in all personal insurance businesses.

With the aim of moving from a "complete Group" to a "benchmark Group", AG2R LA MONDIALE has launched the "Élan 2018" business plan, formalizing the Group's strategy to strengthen itself on its four founding pillars: proximity, legitimacy, solidity and cohesion. This strategy is to be applied to the Group's information systems in order to identify the transformations to be carried out and to redirect the major projects.

Key points

AG2R La Mondiale chose to be accompanied by Tasmane (formerly Fontaine Consultants) in order to benefit from its recognized expertise in master plans and its experience in the personal insurance sector.

Results

In two months, thanks to an "agile" approach in short iterations with AG2R LA MONDIALE's IT Department, a document that was both synthetic, educational (accessible to all of the group's general management as well as the IT Department) and relevant (carrying all of the IT Department's key messages) waś formalized.
