The Caisse des Dépôts et des Conciliations (CDC) is at the center of the CPF system, at the heart of the ecosystem formed by the many players involved in training. To this end, it has set up a Professional Training Department, which has made every effort to deliver a first version of the CPF platform in 2019, and to meet political and media deadlines.

Tasmane's mission was to help align stakeholders, restore confidence and serenity among teams, with the aim of delivering the new roadmap in compliance with commitments and facing the acceleration of the platform's uses and the ecosystem's demands on Caisse des Dépôts.

Key points

Tasmane is assisting Caisse des Dépôts in the various aspects of the program: architecture, program management, agility at scale, business processes, software factory, product organization and product management

• Diagnosis of the overall functioning of the CPF program (with an important focus on the agile maturity of the teams)
• Architectural diagnosis of the main application bricks and definition of the trajectory towards the target
• Definition of the target product architecture
• Implementation of an agile business model at scale across the organization
• Change management support (personalized coaching of key players, setting up a community of practice, etc.)
• Reshaping of the Strategic Marketing operational model towards a user orientation (identification of personas, and formalization of associated user paths)
• Definition of business priorities, evolution and formalization of associated processes
