Assistance in the construction of the TGITS 2020-2025 LRP


Customer issues

Tasmane accompanied the TGITS service center for 8 months, between October 2018 and May 2019. The objective of the mission was to realign the Long Term Plan (LTP) for the period 2020-2025 with the strategic orientations. Indeed, the TGITS LTP aims at carrying the strategic vision and making it shared by all (at the corporate level and in the IT sector with the Branches).
In an iterative approach, this mission carried out in 2019 updates and completes the previous long-term plans, for which Tasmane's assistance had alreadỳ been mobilized in 2017, then in 2018.

Key points

Tasmane supported Total in defining visions to cover its entire IT perimeter: work environment, application transformation and platforms, data management, infrastructure hybridization, securitý automation (IT services and processes via RPA/IA), technical debt management.

Methodological, human and organizational levers have beeń produced to accompany technological transformations: delivery model, customer posture, new sourcing approach and management of skills and profiles.


Two deliverables weré produced: the consolidated visions with a roadmap and a financial projection; a synthetic communication medium.
